OpenForests’ CEO and responsible for the development of the explorer.land platform, Dr. Patrick Ribeiro, will participate at the 2nd Gathering For The Forests at the Herdade do Freixo do Meio in Portugal from the 13th to the 15th of September. Organized by Reflorestar Portugal, a collective sharing the dream of seeing Portugal reforested again, the 3-days event will gather different actors in this field and has the goal to facilitate the creation of synergies and trace an action plan for the near future.
During this gathering, Patrick will present and propose the explorer.land platform as a supporting tool for the movement. The event will allow exchanging with participants about the challenges of such a mission, in particular regarding the way of communicating about reforestation projects.
