It brings project locations, satellite imagery, field data and updates together on an interactive map, making it easier to track progress and share results with funders, partners and the public.
Yes. You can create a free account, map your first project and start sharing your work without a credit card. The Free plan has no time limit. Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans offer additional features for teams that need more project sites, advanced monitoring, analytics or tailored support.
You can draw project boundaries directly on the map or import geospatial files such as KML, GeoJSON and Shapefiles. This makes it easy to bring your existing project locations and geographic data into explorer.land.
explorer.land gives you access to more than 30 environmental data layers, including forest cover change, deforestation and fire alerts, biodiversity indicators and land use data. You can also explore historical satellite imagery to see how a landscape has changed over time.
Yes. You can embed an interactive project map directly on your website or share it through a link. This lets visitors explore your project locations, activities and updates without needing to download reports or install software.
explorer.land can support aspects of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) due diligence process by helping organisations map and document land boundaries and explore relevant environmental and forest monitoring data. It provides geographic evidence that can support risk assessments and reporting, but does not replace the full due diligence process.
