FairForest Voluntary Project Rating

Measure, Evaluate, Report

FairForest is a compiled, structured and comprehensive set of over 170 indicators to track the performance of sustainable forestry in the fields of social, environmental impact, financial performance, management performance, market environment, and production security.

FairForest metrics are available for free and are published under the Creative Commons license CC BY 4.0. At FairForest you can download the metrics and simply start using those that are relevant to monitor the holistic performance of your projects.

For each project, we create a comprehensive rating report which includes a summary, a rating overview, a report for each section, and an annex with all questions and answers.
