Global Landscapes Forum, Bonn | June 22 – 23 2019

OpenForests will join the GLF again. We are looking forward to meeting you there! Write us a message to contact@openforests.com and let us know if you will be at GLF too!

During the last GLF in December 2018, we launched explorer.land. This year we are going to showcase the first projects which have successfully used to explorer.land to share their landscape stories with stakeholders and supporters.

The general focus of this years GLF:

Putting rights at the heart of sustainable landscapes.

Linking people and places, the conference will explore how rights-based strategies can help create a more just, sustainable and prosperous future for all.

This year, participants are pushing for widespread adoption of a rights-based approach to sustainability. Recognizing, respecting and protecting rural and indigenous people and their role as sustainable landscape managers.
